工作职责：
- 记录问题并与卖家和买家沟通，以根据市场指南达成最佳解决方案。
- 确保履行流程中的订单得到解决并返回流程以进行当天发货。
- 了解球鞋的状况，特别是那些被 GOAT 标准视为“问题”的状况。 能够从库存中挑选鞋子并处理给买家和卖家的特定退货和订单。
- 能够快速准确地拍摄运动鞋的照片。
- 了解 GOAT 订单状态以帮助分类升级订单
- 能够在快节奏的团队环境中工作。
职位要求：
- 2-3年的库存控制，客户服务或订单管理经验。
- 2年以上仓库工作经验优先。
- 高度组织，表现出对细节的关注。
- 直接与客户和供应商打交道的背景。
- 愿意并能够操作手推车、手推车和其他移动设备来移动大量商品。
