Responsibility:
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection and submission of monthly data.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks for Hukou, Residence Permit service, etc.
- Continuous improve the workflow with strict adherence to operational principles.
- Assist team manager in data testing, maintenance and evaluation for business tools and systems.
- Contribution in ground service improvement.
- Communicate and maintain long-term business relationship with clients through networking and account management activities
Qualification and Experience
- College degree or above, preferable majoring in Human Resource Management, Social Welfare, Business Administration or related.
- 5+ years Social Security or payroll related working experience in third party staffing services.
- Knowledge on Chinese labor law or regional S.B. policy.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Good communication skills, strong learning abilities.
- Responsible, careful and cooperative working attitude.
- Being familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HR system).
