Job Summary
- Provide local support application for cash management systems.
- Trouble shooting and solve the production issue, or coordinate the resolution with local and regional teams / or external vendor
- To conduct the root cause analysis and to identify the permanent solution
- Response to user requests, incidents and problem on a timely manner
- Communicate and provide status updates to business user and other stakeholders
- Escalate issues in an effective manner, ensure issues are reported, tracked timely
- Raise incident and work closely with incident manager for production problem
- Implement the release and fix for the production and non-production applications
- Support change management process and application delivery
- Support Disaster Recovery Test, live-play and business continuity activities
- Perform the BAU monitoring on the applications, keep enhance the rules and controls of the monitoring tools, ensure the monitoring is always sufficient.
- Document operation guide/ procedures, contribute to knowledgebase and cross train to other members
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or above with IT background
- A background in banking, especially on cash management systems
- Strong stills on application support
- Strong knowledge on MS SQL server, Oracle, MQ, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, monitoring tools, Linux / AIX
- Good understanding of change, incident, problem management methodologies
- Good understanding of IT risk and security
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
