1. Oversee the daily activities of the invoice processing team to achieve performance targets and service level agreements. 2. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 3. Ensure consistent execution of invoice processing tasks, while adhering to company policies and regulations. 4. Efficiently manage the parallel execution of daily operations and projects to ensure that the project go-live date and outcomes meet the business requirements. 5. Contribute to the development of plans for continuous improvement of service levels and team capabilities. Address and resolve issues related to invoice processing operations promptly. Develop solutions for potential challenges to minimize disruptions in service delivery. 6. Support automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. 7. Act as the point of contact between the Singapore team and the Business Process Mgr in Shanghai, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Liaise with internal departments, including IT and finance, to support ongoing projects and process improvements. 8 Heads- up and support KGS FS management team on technical problems related to accounts payable. Work to anticipate future problems and develop solutions. 9 Coordinate and manage the migration of ITP work, integrating migrated activities into a standardized and consistent Accounts Payable procedure across KGS FS. 10 Understand, support and contribute to Principal Based Management and Internal Financial Control frameworks. 11. Perform other tasks assigned by Business Process Mgr.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 2. 4-6 years of experience in finance and accounting functions, with a focus on accounts payable. 3. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. 4. Strong organizational and coordination skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Chinese communication. 6. Ability to manage high volumes of work with attention to detail. 7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a logical mindset. 8. Ability to work independently and motivate a team. 9. Strong training skills required, with the ability to consider issues and teaching methods from others' perspectives. 10. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive approach.
