This is a team leader role within Alpha Business Integration reporting to a team manager, and is hybrid of processing and people management, managing internal and external communications, and staff retention.
1.Lead the joint workstreams through the pillars of Business Integration into a successful Go Live
2.Monitor progress and support escalation for the 3rd Party outreach COE, interacting with the client and third parties to progress set up
3.Co-ordinate Client Access and Training throughout implementation, handing over to BAU
4.Prepare clients and business teams by leading Day In The Life by agreeing and documenting the Scope, Runbook and Governance
5.Leverage influence across business areas and project team members to drive towards onboarding the client
6.Work with State Street Operations to govern deviations to standard models, supporting change assessment, tracking Business Approvals and changes to key operational documents
7.Plan and scope Production Parallel with the client and business teams, including entry and exit criteria, runbooks and the support model
8.Create Hypercare governance, reporting and jointly agree exit criteria
9.Raise Risks and Issues effectively within the program, drive solutions and effectively communicate options
10.Ensure team members improve their ability to execute all aspects of the client implementation by supporting cross training.
Be accountable and responsible for staff development and retention.
