- On time payment initiation and processing in ERP & online bank portals both local currency & foreign currency for Asia Pacific entities.
- Prepare paper instructions for loan payment.
- FX payment supporting documents preparation and validation by the local regulation to ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance with SAFE requirements.
- Case studying, analysing, and troubleshooting to make sure on time payment.
- Collaborate with banks and requestor to resolve payment return & rejection promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and submit governmental reports with precise data, ensuring timely submission.
- Assist with system updated testing.
- Communicate with related parties to make necessary process improvements.
- Provide the input for the various audit and inspection procedures related to the payments as per required by the regulators or auditors.
- Process continues improving
- Ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Above 2 years experience in MNC with at least 1 year payment related work.
- Workable English skills in writing and speaking.
- Experience working with SAP will be a plus.
- Advanced skill for PRA tools will be a big plus, such as Power automate, Power BI, Power Query, Python, etc
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently with tight schedule to meet deadline
- High attention to detail
- Strong ability to work under pressure
