We are now looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, Source to Pay Operations, Finance Operations China& APAC. This position is located in Changshu.

What you’ll do
- Process vendors’ payment by the scheduling payment runs in SAP system
- Prepare supporting documents and arrange foreign currency payments
- Process AP clearing by the manual payments, like EBAD and direct debit etc
- Monitor and track invoices for advance payment and follow up on aged AP open items
- Ensure monthly closing completed on schedule, reconciliations & reports are delivered on time (Intercompany balance reconciliation, AP balance deviation analysis etc.)
- Assist internal and external audit
- Execute continuous improvements initiatives and support simplification and standardization of processes across entities
- Work on assignments, projects and other ad hoc activities as directed by line manager
Who you are
- You have a college degree or equivalent knowledge in Finance
- You have prior work experience with SAP systems or extensive experience in finance-related tasks
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- You are able and willing to work in a cross-cultural environment
- You have the ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
- You have strong self-leadership skills, take initiative, and can effectively prioritize tasks
