Job responsibilities:
General administration of AP/Payment:
1-Overview Great China (mainland, HK,TW) and SGP intercompany AP with MKS Global (US, Germany, Italy, Israel, etc)
2- Review routine payment and approve as first level approver.
3- Coordinate monthly bank reconciliation.
4- Coordinate open issue of GR/IR with Vendor and Buyer.
5- Support month-end closing.
6- Coordinate bank related issue.
7- Ad hoc.
Requirements
1- Bachelor degree of Accounting or Economics related
2- 3 years+ international company working experience in AP
3- Good English is a must Semi-conductor company working experience is a plus
