Work you'll do
以流利英语与全球团队日常沟通，主导任务澄清、进度跟踪与结果验收；
负责Jira 与Confluence 的日常运维、版本升级及安全补丁。
支持印度团队与德勤团队的运维交接，优化跨时区协作流程。
提供中国用户技术支持，响应需求并优化平台适配中国互联网环境。
开展敏捷项目管理培训及平台使用讲座。
We are looking for someone with
英语流利，可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。
熟悉AWS 云平台架构及运维，了解中国互联网合规要求。
具备敏捷（Scrum）项目管理经验，适应中国工作时间（远程或现场）。
3 年以上Jira/Confluence 运维与二次开发经验，熟悉插件管理及多实例部署。
熟悉中国用户需求，能快速响应技术支持并优化用户体验。
本科及以上学历
