- 根据美国会计准则要求，完成工厂日常会计核算和账务处理工作，保证工厂财务数据真实，准确。
- 主导工厂定期存货盘点，存货数据分析，协助生产相关部门处理呆滞存货，提高存货周转率，降低存货成本。
- 分析工厂资产负债变动，及往来账目变动的合理性,并定期向本地财务部门及总部财务部门汇报。
- 维护工厂产品内部转移价格，分析价格变动原因，保证内部价格设置的准确性。
- 与其他部门协作，对现有流程进行优化，保证流程的合规性，
- 配合完成内部审计，外部审计各项工作。
QUALIFICATIONS
- 本科及以上学历，2026年毕业生(2024~2025年毕业生少于24个月工作经验也可申请)，会计/金融/商科类专业优先。
- 具备较强的时间管理能力，能在快节奏和快速变化的环境中高效完成工作。
- 拥有出色的组织能力，能够影响和促进部门内外的合作。
- 具备较强的分析能力、解决问题的能力和批判性和创造性思维，注重细节。
- 拥有较强的沟通能力，能够主动推动成果达成。
- 了解并熟练运用包括Excel、SAP、BPC和BO等在内的工具。
