Job Description
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and information for costing analysis
- Monitor and report on actual versus budgeted costs
- Analysis for variance, eg volume, demand, capacity,work order variance, PPV, Productivity vs PY/Plan/Fcst
- Costing month end closing
- Prepare annual operation plan and start plan package, set up logical template, complete full deck
- Develop and maintain costing models to support business decision-making
- Compliance related work, SOX, BSR
- Other tasks from supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Excellent excel/PPT skill and ability to deal with complicated database
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English in oral and writing
- Ability to adapt rapidly changing tasks and deliver result on time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, self- motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation
- over 5 years of experience in costing, GL, FP&A or a similar role.
