1. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Cash payment update daily from bank website.
- AR entry timely in SAP.
- VAT Billing includes System billing process & golden system billing process. Documents’ filling.
- Prepare AR weekly Report and month end AR report.
- Communicate with customers in an active and positive manner.
- Play a critical role in supporting contract renewal process including preparing dunning letter.
- Responsible for tracking on all overdue AR collection, including invoiced and non-invoiced.
- Prepare revenue recognition for new system sales and contract revenue.
- Identified received VAT invoice in the government system.
- Prepare BS reconciliation details after closing.
- Support GL accountant and Finance Manage month-end end closing.
- Support GL accountant and Finance Manager on other assigned job.
2. PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, in foreign invested company experience would be a plus.
- Past working experience in a multinational manufacturing or B2B trading company is desirable.
- Overseas collection experience
- Familiar with ERP system, SAP and/or Oracle is preferred.
- Good command of English skill
- Able to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure
- Be able to work independent as a team player

- The position is based in our Shanghai office in China
