About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team at Petra Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify personnel needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the scheduling of interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate tracking system and provide regular recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture during the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
