Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Treasury Analyst located in Shenzhen GBS. It is responsible for managing and maintaining the vendor database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor information, and supporting the accounts payable & procurement process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
What a typical day looks like:
Create, update, and maintain vendor records in the accounting system.
Verify vendor information and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all vendor information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Conduct regular check of the vendor database to identify and correct discrepancies.
Assist the accounts payable and procurement team with vendor-related inquiries and issues.
Support new system or new process implementation.
Support audit requirement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related matters.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless vendor management processes.
Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years finance working experience. Experience in vendor maintenance, accounts payable or similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel is preferred.
Good English in both writing and speaking, CET-6 is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, customer service awareness and team spirit, could work under tight schedule.
