The Maintenance Team Captain is responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians, instrumentation technicians, and mechanical equipment maintenance technicians. This role oversees daily maintenance operations, ensures equipment reliability, coordinates repair activities, and manages team performance to meet production and safety standards. The captain acts as a liaison between the maintenance team, production departments, and management, driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Responsibilities 职责
1. Lead and manage the maintenance team, including work assignment, scheduling, and performance evaluation of electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment technicians.

Qualifications 要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
