- Support Molex MPS plants in China region, project management during New Product Introduction (NPI).
What You Will Do
- Establish project team after business award and implement AQP process from kick off to project launch.
- Primary interface with customer leadership for an extremely dynamic, fast-moving program. strong executive level communication and "buffering" to keep the project team focused on execution.
- Program risk and resource management.
- Maintain Program adherence to regulations and quality requirements.
- Ensure appropriate processes, tools and methodologies are applied effectively.
- Follow EHS related laws, regulations during project execution. Propose safety improvement suggestions; For management position, be responsible for EHS management of the department/team.
- Other assigned work by managers
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5 year s experience in project management
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent English in both written and spoken , good communication and negotiation skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- PMP certificate
- Medical project management experience
