- 熟悉LED灯具的能效标准要求，包含但不局限于DLC, CEC, DOE, Erp等
- 负责LED产品的测试和认证进度管理，确保试验计划和结果的按期交付
- 负责对异常样品进行失效分析，提供改进参考意见
- 如能深入了解LED芯片结构，或者熟悉车规级LED产品可靠性测试AEC-Q102的，则作为加分项优先考虑
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，材料物理、光电半导体等相关专业
- 两年以上ISO/IEC 17025认可实验室工作经验
- 熟悉客户沟通技巧，能独立、快速解决项目过程中遇到的问题
- 熟悉可靠性相关的国际标准和要求，如JEDEC和AECQ系列尤佳
- 良好的英文报告写作和展示技能
