Job Description
Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the operation unit in order to effectively and efficiently utilize and develop the appropriate resources to meet both short and long-term needs of the overall business for the achievement of planned sales and profit objectives.
-Strategic Management:
Contribute to the business strategies by identifying the research business needs and the necessary action plans for system enhancement and resource development in order to strive operational excellence and competitive advantage;
Ensure the implementation of all approved strategies and plans within the operating policies and guidelines of the company;
Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques and assess its application for improvement on business efficiency.
-Operational Management :
Periodic review existing systems and procedures in light of the rapid change in business needs and recommend changes / introduce new methods as necessary, with the end goal of maximizing resources and manpower;
Working together with internal and external stakeholder for ad-hoc issue fix and process improvement;
Plan, schedule and establish workflow in accordance with established standards and schedules;
Achieve our delivery schedules with ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
-Client Servicing :
Develop and implement plans to improve internal and external client satisfaction and ensure continuous business growth;
Ensure regular updates between operation team and client servicing team to keep up on clients' needs and any business development;
Ensure client business needs are met and that services provided exceed client expectations.
-Organizational Management and Development :
Ensure alignment of operating systems and processes that will enable the division to achieve its overall business objectives;
Participate in local and regional / sub-regional task force/committees as well as other projects as part of leadership/business development;
Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs.
Qualifications
Experience & Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Strong English writing and reading skills, fluent English speaking is preferred;
Good logical thinking, sensitive with data;
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results;
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc);
Experience project management skills (on time, according to scope and with flexibility when required ) (Plus);
With experiences in Ecommerce \FMCG industries (Plus);
With multi-national company experience (Plus);
Problem solving abilities;
Pro-active attitude;
Able to work under high pressure;
Can Do Attitude.
