JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)
- Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies to localize and execute the training strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation program within China. The core responsibility focus on P2P related design and Go Live etc.参与PPG关联公司S/4 HANA部署项目的准备、构思、实现和上线，以实现SAP S/4 HANA在中国本地化并执行实施计划的培训策略。重点参与P2P模块的设计和上线等相关工作。
- Assist in data cleansing, data review, and dual maintenance activities as needed for data objects from enterprise’s end-to-end process, covers the entire chain from purchase requisition on order processing, invoice verification and payment, three-way matching.支持SAP上线过程中对应的数据整理和维护，包括P2P整个全链条中涉及的模块，例如采购订单，发票和付款等端到端流程。
- Partner with regional functional leaders to identify training needs and develop role-based learning paths. Coordinate the design and delivery of training materials, including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and simulations tailored for China.与区域职能主管合作，确定培训需求并制定基于角色的学习路径。协调培训材料的设计和交付，包括电子学习、讲师指导课程、工作辅助和针对中国量身定制的模拟。
- Cooperate with external implementation consultants for project organization, demand research, background configuration, data arrangement and import, unit testing, etc. to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.与外部实施顾问合作进行项目组织、需求调研、后台配置、数据整理导入、单元测试等，确保培训交付的一致性和质量。
- Defining detailed Fit-Gap Analysis, Functional Specifications and Configuration Cookbooks to meet business and PPG’s Global Template Requirements.定义详细的契合图分析、功能规范和配置手册，以满足业务和PPG的全球模板要求。
- Manage multiple priorities and coordinate across regional teams. Monitor training effectiveness through regional feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics.管理多个优先事项并跨区域团队进行协调。通过区域反馈、评估和采用指标监控培训效果。
- Finish and meet all related requirements regarding the Quality Management System and EHS Management System.日常工作应符合质量管理体系EHS管理体系的要求。
Requires:
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Business/Science or equivalent.工程、商学或理科学士学位及以上学历。
- Fluency in Mandarin and English written and speaking. 中英文口语书写流利。
- 5-years of experience in SAP training, learning & development, or organizational change.五年以上SAP 培训、学习和发展或组织变革的工作经验
- Master P2P/F2P with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.掌握 P2P/F2P等模块，具有较强的教学设计和引导能力。
- Have SAP P2P implementation experience is better.拥有SAP P2P项目实施经验优先。
