About our client:
We’re helping a leading digital advertising media agency to look for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of Spotify Advertising in China. This role is ideal for a seasoned media professional passionate about digital innovation, streaming intelligence, and building strategic partnerships in one of the world’s most vibrant markets.
The Role:
- Drive revenue growth by selling Spotify’s advertising solutions to brands and agencies across China.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media buyers, and decision-makers.
- Educate advertisers on Spotify’s unique value proposition, including audio, video, and display formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Spotify stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Represent Spotify Advertising at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forums.
The Person:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising, or client partnerships.
- Proven success in managing large accounts and delivering revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of China’s digital advertising ecosystem, media buying behavior, and consumer trends.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms, streaming media, and audio advertising.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and campaign analytics platforms.
