Job Description
- End-to-end process management for key sales controlling activities, including pricing strategy formulation, price application approval, and price maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain: Sales KPI tracking and reporting (e.g. TNS, AR, SE/CSS), Sales planning for short-term (MBR, CF, BP) and long-term (VPZ)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate standards across all related processes
- Support internal and external audits related to sales controlling
Qualifications
- Background in sales, manufacturing, engineering, international trade, logistics, or related fields
- Solid understanding of commercial and technical business processes
- Experience or knowledge in SAP operation, process management or process optimization is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English
