职责描述：

• 基于DTP渠道市场动态及政策环境洞察，有效规划布局DTP渠道，最大化业务机会
• 高效执行市场部的活动及项目，包括不仅限于：药师培训、患者教育、患者生态圈项目等
• 及时向市场部反馈市场动态及活动项目进展，为市场部提供有价值的建议与信息；
• 定期拜访重点DTP客户，定期进行业务回顾及分析，促进活动及项目高效执行；
• 主动协调内外部资源，建立DTP生态圈闭环模式，以实现业务目标
• 发现并总结客户优秀经验，并将优秀经验进行模式进行区域推广
• 确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则及合规要求
• 上级经理指派的其他各项工作

任职资格

• 教育：大学本科以上学历，
• 有一定零售渠道的管理经验，有DTP渠道经验更佳；
• 较强的业务数据敏感度与分析能力；
• 高效的跨部门沟通、计划、组织及问题解决能力；
• 有三年及以上医药行业市场推广、销售等相关岗位工作经验
• 执行能力强，优秀的团队合作精神
