- Main Responsibility
Be responsible for the business of related products in the categories of liver protection, anti-allergy, and cold & cough for the hospital channel.
1.Be responsible for the business in the hospital channel, conduct process management for the
2.Through market data, sales flow data, and market visits, align with the brand strategy and product medical formula to analyze the business opportunity points in the hospital channel. Conduct regular business review meetings to promote the rhythmic achievement of the CSO business.
3.For the business in the hospital channel, according to the product life cycle and the needs of brand development, match effective business models, and possess the ability to select and negotiate with CSO.
4.Support the projects related to the business case of various internal functions and have a clear business logic and the ability for medium- and long-term planning.
5.Internally, align annual channel growth strategy & plan, with clear business objectives in hospital channels and its building blocks
6.Externally, monitor progress of business by helping CSO to maintain hospital coverage and improve hospital productivity
Support Marketing ‘Co-investment’ Program to advance brand growing
1.Monitor and understand competitor’s market and Opella CHC product positions.
2.Align annual marketing activation calendar/spending with partners
3.Support Marketing 'Co-investment’ program to consolidate and strengthen CHC Brand. Optimize resources to build brand power and win sure-footed market.
4.Support Hospital channel digital transformation
Support Hospital Channel operation efficiency improvement of Hospital channel
1.Internally, align forecast assumption & safety stock assumptions with supply chains
2.Externally, co-build & align forecast assumption & deliverables on annual/quarterly/monthly
3. Implement commercial policy within distributors (logistic, discount, good return, etc.)
4.Monitor SI/SO phasing and monthly FCST management.
Support bidding & market access activities
1.Support, align and follow bidding activities, reports, and share with CR999 .
2.Align pricing strategy for non-VBP bidding events.
3.Align pricing strategy for VBP bidding events.
4.Lead and deliver annual channel Strategy & Plan.

- About You
1.Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in distribution is a MUST
2.Customer Management & Business Planning is a MUST
3.Good data process skill is a MUST
4.Good communication, Positive Mind-set, strong problem-solving skills, strong accountability and great team player preferred
5.Fluent English preferred
