Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Account-based Full Sales, Penetration Per Vehicle and Spec-In $ Responsibility
- Ensures healthy opportunity pipeline for future growth, and carefully executes the New Model Planning Process to drive the Spec-In pipeline and translate into Sales.
- Transfer the Spec‘ed in opportunities from the Home to the Away countries to ensure Spec-In Wins translate into Sales.
- Looks for additional “Localization“ opportunities.
- Ensures “Pitch & Catch“ with Tier Team to ensure Spec-In Wins translate into Sales.
- Continuously searches for new opportunities through applying the “Application Replication“ process and tools
- Explores “Quick Fix“ opportunities through targeted visits and line walks
- Drives “Competitive Conversion“ opportunities for “Close-Lost“ Opportunities through a consistent monitoring process
- Leads and develops account teams for both Home and Away countries.
- Collaborates with cross functions, cross divisions, tier sales team and international sales to enable business success.
- Build solid relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Lead and support related customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
- 3M is looking for candidates who ideally meet following requirements:
- Experience with Automotive OEM/Tier Supplier key account management / sales (BYD experience would be a benefit)
- Master or Bachelor degree in technical disciplines or business engineering or comparable
- Experienced in Project management combined with strong communication skills
- Fluent English as daily working language
- Profound skills in MS Office, Sales Force (CRM), Power BI and other important alike
- Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include but not limited to:
- Experience how to drive Spec-in wins via, New Model Planning, Application Replication, Pitch & Catch, Competitive Conversion and Quick Fix.
- Analytical thinking & play to win with the right sense of urgency attitude
- Job Specifics:
- Travel expectations: may include up to 30% national and international travels.
- Located in ShenZhen Guangdong area preferred
