The primary duty of the Perishables Business Development Manager for Air Logistics is to drive the growth within the geographical scope, interface to FU Sales, xBU sales engagement, lead/support product development, lead/support pricing and all solutions under Air Logistics.
Your Role
To become a key promoter and facilitator of business development , generating trust in the KN network and removing roadblocks
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development
- Fully responsible for country volume & yield growth/retention.
- Customer development, FU Sales & xBU Sales engagement
- Understanding key local market dynamics and react as needed
- Analyze competition and market data to ensure KN understand the key gaps and working with National Air Logistics manager to bridge them and deliver superior solution/service in the geographical coverage area.
- Speak in local industry forums / exhibitions and write press articles
- Product Development
- Responsible or support all product rollout within country as per global team direction.
- Pricing responsible or support ensure country team follow global direction, meeting set KPI and rollout the process.
- Responsible for local sustainability topics and support global rollout plans.
- Operation & Customer Experience
- Support Customer Care location setup and ensure we follow global process.
- Responisble to monitor country Customer Feedback tool and its feedback with CCL Manager.
- Support escalation and ensure continue to work with CCL /OCC & RCC responsible to improve the overall performance & customer experiences.
