This Position reports to:
Quality Control SpecialistYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct testing and inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Each day, you will execute the assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and report any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by performing tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Conduct independent motor testing according to the plan and process;
- Set up, debug, and test various testing equipment according to the type of test motor;
- Organize testing data, prepare testing reports, and conduct quality statistics;
- Assist the team leader in daily operation management and horizontal communication of the experimental station;
Qualifications for the role
- Full time college degree or above;
- Major: Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related majors;
- Practical electrical operation experience is preferred, and fresh graduates in related majors may be considered;
- Understand the principles of electrical testing and possess corresponding basic mechanical knowledge; Experience in motor factory type testing or understanding of motor type testing processes and requirements is preferred;
- Candidates with high and low voltage electrician operation certificates and driving operation certificates are given priority consideration;
- Positive and outgoing personality, good at communication, diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility;
