Principal Accountabilities
- Working with regional procurement to identify, screen and evaluate OEM suppliers. Support to establish or renew contract with OEM suppliers
- Manage and maintain the relationship with OEM suppliers
- Working with CS and planning to communicate the forecast and orders with Coman
- Manage and track manufacturing process to ensure order fulfilment and on-time deliveries
- Perform quality check for processing and finished goods to ensure the manufacturing and products complying with regulation and GPN standard
- Coordinate to solve the unexpected production issues (e.g. shortage of RM or PM), optimize manufacturing process, implement cost savin
Key Challenges & Success Measures
- Ability to communicate with Co-Man effectively
- Manufacturing must be managed to comply with China regulation and GPN standards
- Result oriented approach to measure the achievements against quality KPIs, achieve 98% on-time production and delivery, consumer quality complaints < 45CPM, $270K cost saving.
- Strict adherence to Glanbia principles & values
- Travel Requirements- once or twice per month
