Your Tasks:
- Credit check of partners, , transactional documentation handling and due diligence check by working with operational departments
- maintain the compliance and validity of corporate licenses, AoA, and other documents.
- Optimization of department processes
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Handling of certain low risk contracts
- Other related topics assigned by superior
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- At least 3 years of experience in the legal profession in multinational companies or law firms
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Details-oriented, good communication skills, a proactive, structured and conscientious way of working
- With high degree of accuracy and keep track of complex issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools
