Your tasks
- Develop Rail Communications business and achieve the design-in of HUBER+SUHNER products RF, FO and LF technologies
- Grow the Rail Communications Sales from including existing customers and new customers
- In consultation with Railway Sales Management, define and implement the sales strategies for development of Railway
- Communications business and product fit within the China Railway market
- Pay frequent visits to key customers and maintain good relationship at appropriate levels within customers organizations and End Users
- Be a team player, involving others to achieve sales growth & customer satisfaction
- Understand customers’ needs, sell by value and design in
- Product presentation, product introduction, and program management, involving internal resources to achieve sales growth
- Participate actively in providing local contribution to the global key accounts
- Ensure GMS / IRIS processes are followed and collaborate with continual improvement programs.
- Frequently update Salesforce on account, opportunities, etc.
- Coordinate Railway Communications business and product solution with Account Managers, Application Engineering, Product managers, etc.
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, the people majored in Communications, and Electrical & Electronics-Engineering are highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in Communications and/or Railway industry in a technical selling role.
- Communications industry with preference to Railway applications (e.g. Signalling, CTCS, CBTC, onboard Wi-Fi, GSM-R, 5G-R, PIS or TCMS).
- Customer oriented attitude and Relationship development.
- Persistent and can demonstrate initiative to develop new business.
- Good communication skills in English written and oral.
- Presentation to audience for e.g. new product launch, technical seminar.
