Emerson has an exciting role for you! We are looking for a KOB3 Sales Engineer to work with us. You will be responsible for the China KOB3 sales bookings. Building and handling customer relationships and promotion of company’s image and products. Play a crucial role in implementing the KOB3 sales strategy and handling the sales channel performance.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead, handle and achieve MRO/Spare parts/Service sales objectives in the assigned territory and accounts.
- Accomplish the annual KOB3 booking target, proactively search and identify new opportunities in current market.
- Provide commercial and technical support to sales channel.
- Develop and implement key account management program to **build** more business from installed base.
- Customers relationship management. Assist customers in resolving onsite technical problems and emergency issues to maintain and improve happiness and dedication.
- Manage and train the LBP sales channel to improve their skill set to be capable to pursue MRO/Service business.
- Require 40-60% travel time on customer visit and channel management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferably in Process Control, Automation & Instruments, Mechanical Engineering or materials.
- proven ability in instrument, automation, engineer or process industry. Experience in Valve or actuator sales/On-site technical background is preferred.
- Strategy implement KOB3 business.
- Good communication with LBP and end user.
- Good PC literate, interpersonal, effective communication and teamwork skills. Occupational Health and Safety Competence.
