About the Team
Our Manufacture Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.
What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineer:
- Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of the production machinery, fixtures and Tooling. Analysis root cause of breakdown.
- Co-work with technician to complete maintenance plan, continuously driving OEE improvement, improve machine downtime and establishes the type of intervention.
- Join in the activity of acceptance for new machines, new lines.
- Co-work with ME engineer to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
- Co-work with ME engineer for continuous improvement for production.
- Maintenance documentation preparation. Such as PM and TPM.
Your Profile as Manufacturing Engineer:
- More than 5 years of experience in maintenance engineer in automotive filed.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical manufacturing.
- Can modify, optimize, and handle configuration data in Siemens PLC. Can understand SCL language.
- Familiar with spare parts management, PM (Preventive Maintenance), and TPM.
- Good English reading, writing, speaking skills
- Strong at problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Proficient in Mechanical and hydraulic principles.
- High sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness, good analysis and communication with peer group.
