The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving Solventum revenue by developing and managing relationships with key non-clinical customers and driving product list in opportunities.
- Establish relationships with non-clinical customers to understand and fulfill account service, education, training, and in-servicing needs.
- Use Salesforce tool to manage your customers and your business opportunities.
- Complete compliance courses on schedule and follow it.
- Leveraging current customer relationships to drive V.A.C. and Surgical
- reinforcing Solventum value proposition to differentiate Solventum from competitive offerings.
- Managing the sales territory by setting a territory plan to efficiently drive strategic goals (revenue quotas), which includes calling on physicians directly.
- Using training and in-servicing sessions to improve wound care and surgical solutions knowledge in the Hospital and Surgical Suite.
- Mitigate the business risks by communicating with stakeholders effectively.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least five years of the medical device industry
- Minimum three (3) of sales experience in Tier 3 hospitals
- Two years as Key account manager which focus on non-clinical customers in MNC
- Good interpersonal communication and selling skills;
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork;
- Can use English as a working language.
Work location: Shanghai
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to within Zhejiang province and adjacent provinces about [10] days per month)
Travel: May include up to 30-50% [domestic]
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
