Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our enterprise customer base in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPaaS industry, with a proven track record of maintaining key accounts, driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Telesign’s enterprise customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Telesign’s footprint.
- Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, align Telesign’s solutions, and drive adoption.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account growth strategies, including contract renewals, expansions, and new use cases.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives, technical teams, and procurement departments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position Telesign effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Customer Success in the CPaaS, cloud communications, or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing **large enterprise accounts** in China.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud communications, authentication, fraud prevention, or digital identity solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
