Job Description:
We are looking for a KA Operation Manager (OTC) who is familiar with the pharmaceutical e-commerce industry. He will be responsible for the operation and management of the company's OTC brand on major e-commerce platforms (including JD Health/Ali Health, etc.), and improve brand exposure, sales and user experience. Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform operation management: responsible for the listing of cough original drug brands on EC platforms (such as Alibaba, JD.com, etc.), optimizing daily operations, ensuring stable sales and gain market share.
2. In-platform promotion: planning and executing promotional activities (including RTB/Campaign/HCP education, etc.) to increase product sales and brand rankings.
3. Data analysis: continuously monitoring brand and category data, user behavior and competitive product dynamics, optimizing operation strategies, and bringing own industry insights through data analysis.
4. Internal and External collaboration: maintaining high-quality interaction with the marketing and external customers and platforms to ensure consistent brand positioning and targets.
5. Compliance management: ensuring that the sales of drugs on the EC platform comply with the requirements of the State Food and Drug Administration and relevant regulations, and timely handling of qualification review, product filing and other matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Industry experience:
More than 4 years of e-commerce operation experience, OTC industry experience is preferred.
Familiar with the operation rules and promotion tools of platforms.
3. Skill requirements:
Proficient in using data analysis and presentation tools such as Excel/PPT and have a certain market sensitivity.
Maintain a high level of insight into category dynamics and have your own opinions.
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit and be agile in handling work.
