Job Description:
Partners with leaders to optimize business success through HR initiatives. Investigates, mediates, and resolves employee and labor relations issues. May represent the organization in contract and labor negotiations. Provides coaching and counsel to managers and associates. Applies general understanding of all areas of HR management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor and above degree, major in management; human resources or related functions. 本科及以上学历,管理专业;人力资源或相关职能部门。
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR area in a multinational company. 至少3年跨国公司人力资源工作经验。
- At least 3 years of learning and development experience or training related working experience. 3年以上学习和发展经验或培训相关工作经验。
- Full functional knowledge of human resources, with 1-2 functional expertise preferred.具备人力资源全部职能知识,其中有1 – 2个职能专长者优先。
- Strong autonomy, excellent coordination skills and good team work spirit. 较强的自主性,优秀的协调能力以及良好的团队合作精神。
- Confident, clear communication skills with all levels of staff, enthusiastic and influential. 与各级员工有自信、清晰的沟通能力,热情且有影响力。
- Competence of developing and implementing detailed change management plans to support business initiatives. 具备制定和实施详细的变更管理计划以支持业务活动的能力。
- Strong MS office and HR management system related tools skills are required. 熟练使用办公软件和人力资源管理系统相关工具。
- Business agility and strict confidentiality. 具备业务敏捷性和严格的机密性
