ABOUT THE POSITION
了解并熟悉所支持部门的业务战略和团队运作状况，通过提供人力资源服务以确保业务部门目标的达成；
协助业务部门进行日常的绩效管理、团队文化建设、中层管理的发展、员工保留和激励等工作；
关注员工沟通与思想动态,畅通公司与员工的双向沟通渠道；
建立和完善人力资源制度和流程，并负责政策咨询解答以及落地实施；
为组长,制作人及总监在人力资源管理方面的工作提供指导和协助；
经理交办的其他供工作任务。
Know the strategy and operation of the supported Division and help them to achieve the objectives by providing the professional HR service.
Support the relevant division on their daily performance management, team culture development, team leader coaching and talent retain etc.
Focus on the employee communication and improve the two-way communication between Company and the employee.
Set up and improve the HR process and policy, responsible for the policy counsel and implementation.
Provide the coach and support to the people manager on personnel management relevant works.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
本科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源工作经验，熟悉人力资源管理各模块的工作
有在网络游戏/大型IT /互联网公司从事HRBP工作经验者优先；
具备专业的人力资源专业知识，熟悉劳动法及相关法规；
较强的人际沟通协调能力，并能在压力下工作；
积极主动、充满热情、认真负责的工作态度；
良好书面和口头英语表达能力。
Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years working experience as HR professional, familiar with the practice of all HR functions.
The working experience as HRBP in game /IT industry is preferred.
Has the professional HR knowledge and quite familiar with Chinese Labor Law and local related regulations.
Excellent communication skills and can work under pressure.

Have a good command in both written and spoken English.
