Duties & Responsibilities
●Push and implement employee relationship programs, policies and practices to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce.
●Ensure labor contract law and regulation compliance, regular updates management on new changes and ensure all HR policies in accordance with labor law and corporate guidelines.
●Maintain dynamic compliance with labor statutes and corporate governance standards through proactive monitoring of regulatory changes, conducting quarterly policy audits, and ensuring alignment with ISO/RBA requirements.
●Operationalize HR strategies by driving and implementing global/local HR projects to support business development.
Qualification & Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or related social sciences field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in HR generalist/HRBP roles with proven track record in employee lifecycle management, including complex ER cases and labor dispute resolution.
- 2+ years managing HR operations in multinational/matrixed organizations with cross-culture communication.
- 2+ years' hands-on experience leading RBA/ISO compliance programs with direct oversight of labor standards, ethical supply chain audits, and corrective action plans

- Proven track record of continuous improvement
- Ability to easily and successfully work with employees and customers in a multi-cultural, global team environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal priorities
- Experience with problem analysis and resolution at the strategic and functional levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
