Strategic support
- Assist the general manager in formulating the company's strategic plan and annual business plan, participate in major decision-making discussions, provide data and feasibility analysis.
- Track the progress of strategy implementation, summarize key indicator data, report regularly to the general manager and propose optimization suggestions.
2. Daily affairs coordination
- Coordinating the general manager's schedule, coordinating meetings, business trips, receptions, etc., to ensure the efficient progress of work.
- Draft and review various documents (reports, speeches, contracts, etc.), implement the general manager's instructions and supervise the progress of execution.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration
- Communicate the requirements of the general manager, coordinate the resources of various departments, and promote the implementation of key projects and problem-solving.
- Collect operational data and dynamics of each department and form briefings for the general manager's decision-making.
4. Maintenance of external relations
- Assist in the reception and communication of important clients, partners and government departments.
- Represent the general manager in external activities to maintain the company's brand image and industry resources.
5. Other specialized work
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by the general manager, such as industry research, crisis event handling, etc.
Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in management, economics, marketing or related fields is preferred.
2. Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience, at least 1 year of experience in executive assistant, administrative management or related positions, with background in Healthcare and manufacture etc. preferred.
3. Core competence
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of handling multi-party relationships efficiently;
- Possessing acute insight, logical analysis and stress resistance;
- Proficient in using Office software, skilled in data analysis and report writing;
- Strong writing skills, capable of writing official documents independently in English
- Good communication, fluently speak English, if speaker multiple languages even better.
