The China Digital organization is responsible for design and delivery of the digital transformation of Sanofi China, working with stakeholders from throughout the organization. The China Digital team includes Digital Product, Digital Data & AI, Digital Healthcare & Partnering, Technology and Digital Transformation.

The Digital Operations Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining digital governance initiatives, standards and frameworks across Sanofi China operations. This role ensures that digital initiatives align with Sanofi's global digital strategy while complying with local regulations and corporate policies. The position plays a critical role in enabling Sanofi China's digital transformation while mitigating risks and optimizing digital investments.

Abou Job

1.    Digital Governance Framework

·         Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive digital governance framework for Sanofi China that aligns with global standards

·         Establish clear operating terminology, process mapping, and hierarchical structures across Digital to standardize operations

·         Lead governance controls to ensure proper stages and responsibilities throughout the demand and execution lifecycle

·         Facilitate Digital Governance Forums to enhance accountability and guide decision-making on prioritization, approval, and execution phases

2.    Risk Management & Compliance

·         Ensure Digital initiatives compliant with quality standards, digital strategy goals, and regulatory requirements in China

·         Identify and mitigate digital risks, including shadow digital activities (unauthorized digital assets)

·         Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Internal Control teams to ensure alignment on all relevant compliance matters

·         Support audit readiness and prevent compliance exposure during inspections

3.    Digital Investment Optimization

·         Support to improve prioritization of rationalization efforts and enhance decision-making on funding allocations

·         Monitor and report on digital investment performance (Monthly Budget Tracking) and value realization (Monthly Digital Project Performance Tracking)

·         Support the goal of identifying savings and allocating resources to innovation initiatives

4.    Stakeholder Management

·         Act as a key liaison between China Digital team and business digital project initiators

·         Educate stakeholders on digital governance standards, processes, and requirements

·         Collaborate with business units to ensure digital initiatives meet business needs while adhering to governance standards

About You 

Education

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Experience & Knowledge

MUST: 

·         5+ years of experience in digital/IT governance, compliance, consulting or related roles

·         Knowledge of digital transformation and technology governance frameworks

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·         Ability to translate complex governance requirements into practical guidelines

·         Strategic thinking with ability to balance governance requirements with business needs

·         Change management skills to drive adoption of governance standards

·         Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

PREFERRED: 

·         Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

·         Strong understanding of digital governance principles and best practices

·         Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Language

·         Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English

·         Comfortable with using English as daily working language
