Work you'll do
负责鸿蒙OS 应用的开发、测试、优化与维护，确保应用的高性能、高可用性和良好的用户体验；
深入理解鸿蒙OS 系统架构，能够基于鸿蒙的分布式特性进行应用设计和开发，实现设备间的无缝协同；
参与鸿蒙OS 应用的架构设计，制定技术方案和开发规范，指导团队成员进行开发工作；
与产品团队紧密合作，根据产品需求进行功能开发和优化，确保按时交付高质量的产品；
持续关注鸿蒙OS 生态的发展，探索新技术的应用，推动应用的创新和升级；
处理用户反馈和应用问题，及时进行修复和优化，提升应用的稳定性和性能；
负责Flutter 框架在鸿蒙OS 上的适配和优化，确保跨平台应用的一致性和高性能。
We are looking for someone with
精通鸿蒙OS 开发框架和工具，熟悉Java 或JavaScript 编程语言；
熟悉Flutter 框架，能够使用Flutter 进行跨平台应用开发，具备实际的Flutter 项目经验；
熟悉鸿蒙OS 分布式特性，能够利用分布式软总线、分布式文件系统等技术实现设备间的协同功能；
具备良好的数据结构和算法基础，能够进行高效的代码设计和优化；
熟悉前端开发技术（HTML5、CSS3、Vue.js 等），能够进行跨设备的UI 设计和开发；
有实际的鸿蒙OS 应用开发经验，熟悉鸿蒙应用的发布流程；
具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作；
有较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，能够快速适应新技术和新环境；
3 年以上相关工作经验，本科学历。
