Work you'll do
协助IT 部门规划部署云平台，设计网络架构并实施灾备方案，优化资源分配；统筹交付环境准备（SSL 证书、监控系统、安全合规）；
开发维护CI/CD 流水线，优化交付效率与质量；配置代码自动化扫描任务，集成安全工具保障代码质量；
监控和调优Kubernetes 集群，提升资源利用率及稳定性；
保障系统7x24 小时稳定性，快速响应突发故障；
定期执行安全审计，修复漏洞并更新补丁，确保合规；跟踪安全威胁，进行风险评估并提出改进方案；
制定版本升级策略，主导高可用环境下的平滑升级与回滚；
优化运维文档体系，完善架构图、手册及应急流程。
We are looking for someone with
计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
3 年以上DevOps 领域工作经验，熟悉云平台架构及服务者优先；
具有高可用系统、大数据平台（如Hadoop 生态）或分布式系统运维经验；
精通容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes），具备生产环境部署与调优实战经验；
熟悉CI/CD 工具链（如Jenkins、ArgoCD、Helm），可独立设计自动化流水线；
掌握主流云平台（阿里云/AWS/Azure）服务，熟悉VPC、负载均衡、对象存储等组件；
熟悉分布式存储方案（如Ceph、MinIO）及微服务框架（如Spring Cloud、Dubbo）；
熟练使用监控工具（Prometheus、Grafana、ARMS）实现系统全链路监控与告警；
良好的跨团队协作能力，能高效沟通技术方案与业务需求；
逻辑思维严谨，具备快速定位复杂问题并提出解决方案的能力；
能适应高强度工作压力，以结果为导向完成交付目标。
加分项：
持有云平台认证（如阿里云ACP）、DevOps 相关认证（如CKA）或开源社区贡献经验。
