Your role and responsibilities
The main accountabilities and duties will cover functions SAP Material Owner, as indirect materials requestion management, SI Team Administration and Business Marketing Support
- SAP Material Creation as required, and reporting completion in monthly/quarterly. Handling indirect material purchase requests to support local business, e.g. Manufacture / testing equipment and system, factory facilities, service requirement, office supply, IT products, consumable items, hotel/meeting/event request and so on.
- Working with business departments for demand analysis and demand management, including budgeting, forecasting and standardization, and coordinating with IM&S team for common categories strategy execution, solve delivery or quality issues to fulfill the requests from business departments.
- Establishing local standard agreements with approved suppliers as required, indirect purchase PR creation for CC and sent to suppliers (about 400+ orders per year), tracking the goods, collect the invoice and request GR, notice the payment etc.
- Acts as local support for administration activities, manage stationery and coordinate with campus maintenance team for facility matters; Visa, Ticket, Hotel booking, meeting arrangement for SIU and customer. support for business meals, factory visit, invitation Letter, visa, certifications, etc: Organize and facilitate team annual events management; Assist labor union activities.
- Bachelor degree, preferably international trade / Business management major
- >3 Years of Work Experience, preferably with SAP Material Management, indirect buyer background in the manufacturing industry.
- Business level in verbal and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Ability to work in a systematic and structured manner to ensure tasks are performed efficiently with minimal use of resources, time and effort.Analytical and influence others, drive self-earning and keep continuous Improvement.
