工作职责：
- 负责来访客户的接待、咨询及引见。
- 管理前台电话、收发快递、文件、复印、传真和打印等设备的使用与管理工作和办公电子邮件通信。
- 协助组织会议和活动，包括会议室预订和物品准备。
- 管理办公室文档，包括文件存档和数据输入。
- 协助处理日常办公室事务，如采购办公用品和维护办公室设备；并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记。
- 负责公司前台、咨询接待室等办公地点的卫生检查及桌椅摆放等，保证公司办公环境的整洁，做好细节工作。
- 协助上级顺利开展工作，为其他部门提供及时有效的行政服务。

- 1具备出色的人际交往和沟通能力。
- 组织能力强，注重细节。
- 形象气质佳，具有亲和力，能熟练处理行政事务。
- 良好的基本英语能力为优。
- 能够适应快节奏的工作环境。
- 能熟练使用各种办公软件。
