Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls, to optimise P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Drive strategic financial analysis and performance reviews in collaboration with the Managing Director to support sound business decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of group and statutory reports, resolving discrepancies and supporting compliance
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and performance tracking
- Implement and improve financial policies, controls, and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and develop the local accounting team, fostering continuous improvement in financial processes
- Lead financial and operational project implementations across business units
- Coordinate with headquarters, auditors, and external stakeholders to support corporate and regulatory requirements
Critical Competencies for Success:
- Degree holder with 5-10 years of working experience with a multi-national company
- Good communication and written English language
- Track record of leading a Finance team
