The opportunity
  • To assist Senior Brand Manager in the marketing activities and contribute to brand marketing strategy to drive sales growth of the key products in China to achieve sales target.
  • To assist Senior Brand Manager in all marketing function responsibilities including analyze, plan, implement and monitor all activities related to the marketing of the relevant range of products with the main objective of achieving defined sales and profit targets for key product.
  • To support for marketing training and all other related function projects.
How you’ll spend your day
  • Develops promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets.
  • Prepares content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
  • Support the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
  • Support the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
  • Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions.
  • Executes central marketing activities as well as regional initiated marketing activities.
  • Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Science degree in applicable discipline (Marketing / product management)
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical industry (sales and marketing experiences)
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Be good at PPT and data analysis
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to work independently
  • Energetic, passionate, self-motivated and resilience
  • Resourceful and open minded
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
