About this Position

Responsible for Henkel HC Retail Line (including styling) national KA channel business development and results (topline and bottom-line)’s delivery.
- Generate category long-term and short-term improvement plan, with measurable building blocks and detail action plan, priorities settings for national KA channel’s key retailers.

Dig out category and shopper insights to define and manage hair care category 4P guidance for national KA channel, which eventually helps Henkel HC products’ strong sell-through, best-in-class in-store/O2O platform performance and margin/CVE growth for key KA retailers.
- Improve company investment efficiency to achieve better P&L of hair care category especially for NKA channel.
Co-work with cross brand delivery team and sales to deliver sales result. -
What you´ll do
- Responsible for top KA retailer’s hair care category annual growth plan and detailed action plans’ holistic development, need to provide field sales team with meaningful building blocks and actionable priorities setting.
- In charge of deployment of major portfolio and NPD launch plan on KA channel’s key banners or business unit level with enabling tool and activation.

Deploy category building block from channel level to business unit level, and coordinate with cross functions to prepare the essential resources about 6P to facilitate the building block, e.g. shopper-based POG design, promotion guidelines, efficient assortment strategy…etc.

Develop brand commercial programs or activities in line with growth strategy.
- Responsible for brand level business opportunity and mitigation plan identification, monthly catch up with channel (top banners’ sales team)/ BU to review brand level sales result, work out solutions.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 3+ years working experience in FMCG industry (MT experience is a plus).

Sales experience or KA experience is a plus.

Strong leadership capability is requirement, be capable to envision, engage, enable team members and understand who to execute.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing.

Proficient in data analysis, be capable of getting insights from data and could re-apply to generate solutions for specific business challenges or questions.
- Positive relationships and collaboration skills with others, strong teamwork capabilities. Good communication skill and strong impact/influence skill-set.
