We’re seeking a AVP, Channel Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific role to develop and help execute marketing programs that have a direct and measurable impact on driving the awareness, consideration, and purchase of our suite of SPDR Sector ETFs.
Reporting directly to the APAC Intermediary Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience leading multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, content, social media, virtual events, public relations, paid search, and web experience.

The role will collaborate with members of Direct Retail, Intermediary and Institutional Sales, Client Enablement, Strategy and Research, Product Development, Business Intelligence and other internal teams on marketing strategy and messaging alignment and leading marketing programs from conception to execution.
What you will be responsible for
As AVP, Channel Marketing Manager for SPDR Sector ETFs, you will:
Leverage data and business intelligence to create relevant, scalable and repeatable integrated marketing programs and key deliverables for the SPDR Sector ETF suite targeting direct retail, intermediary and institutional clients
Partner with stakeholders on product materials, product positioning, capabilities messaging, presentations, webinars, web presence and segmented communications to relevant audiences
Build and lead the marketing efforts for direct retail, intermediary and institutional investment themes where SPDR Sector ETFs solve a client need – manage all touch points to ensure consistency of messaging and voice
Development and updates to SPDR Sector ETF collateral, videos, web content, sales tools and educational materials for general or firm-specific needs
Measure and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness against KPIs, target audience reach, and ultimately ROI
Manage the marketing budget for SPDR Sector ETFs against marketing plans
Collaborate with PR team to create earned media opportunities

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience; previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred
Familiarity with equity markets and sectors, portfolio construction principles, and the ETF structure
Experience and/or interest in the investing and financial services industry
