APAC Product Compliance Sr Specialist

About this Position

• The APAC Product Compliance Sr Specialist will support to manage APAC regulation change, impact and digitalization.
  

What you´ll do

• Assuring compliance of products with existing legislations under CFDA, EPA etc.
  
  • Keep track of up-to-date regulatory requirements for products so as to comply with legal requirements, local authorities and regulations, as well as Henkel Standards.
  • Impact assessment for regulation/chemical change on products level within Asia.
  • Support innovation project on regulatory compliance and provide regulatory assessment.
  • Align and take action with global team, LMU and Asia PD for draft of new regulations or standards.
• APAC sustainability and package regulation monitoring
  
  • Support to collect and track sustainability and package regulation change within Asia.
  • Support to set up advocacy strategy.
• PSRA digitalization
  
  • Harmonize or simplify PSRA related processes via digital tool if available to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain PSRA site and SharePoint.

What makes you a good fit

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline.
  
• 5 + years professional experience in the area of Regulatory Affairs, in particular in the area of cosmetics, chemical or detergents.
• Good conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good digital skills (excel, power BI, dashboard).
  
• Highly organized and capable of working with attention to detail.
  
• Desire for continuous learning and demonstration of learning agility.
  
• Planning and time management skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
