Responsibilities:
Oversee canteen operations including hygiene standards, meal service coordination and vendor management.
Oversee daily locker room operations including cleanliness supervision, facility maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Manager company vehicle scheduling and handling all related documentation including insurance, inspections and monthly expense payment.
Handle office supply procurement procurement, inventory control and distribution logistics.
Provide comprehensive support for company events and meeting arrangements.
Other work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Business Management.
1-3 years of administrative experience in manufacturing plants.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to solve problems efficiently
