What a typical day looks like:
- Manage the company's office services which may include office reception, janitorial services, cafeteria staff, tickets, hotels, cars booking.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend office supplies and equipment purchases to minimize costs and meet the organization’s business needs.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers (for example, cleaning or greening or water vendors) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations and coordinates related arrangements.
- Other tasks assigned.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Good listening skills and response to people in an effective, positive and friendly manner

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software and office facilities
- More than 1 years relevant experience; especially having office and plant administration experiences are preferred
